John Henry SANN of Clinton, labourer and Nancy FULTS of Clinton, Spinster, given at Grimsby 22 Nov. 1822.
Bondsmen Cyrus Summer, Physician of Clinton and Samual Staffor, Yeoman.
With it was a letter: Nancy is daughter of Mr. Martin Fults. Sann is a man os steady habits and has lived with me the most of the time for (five? illegible) years past. You can enter Mr. ? ? Stafford and myself as bondsmen for ??? obtainment of his licence.

1862 marriages by Rev. Samuel Rose, Weslyn Methodist Church:
Johnson SANNS 31 resident Clinton, born Canada son of John Henry and Nancy, and Marthy BIRCH 22 residnet Louth, born Louth daughter of Israel and Emma, by licence on Sept. 17, 1862. Witnesses Andrew Thompson, John H. Culp Clinton.

In Clinton Township Abstracts
BF and Con. 1 Lot 12 (a total of 180 acres was deeded from the Crown to Martin Fultz. The next transaction is shown in 1855 from Fanny boughner to John S. Boughner and in 1862 George W. Boughner the BF to Andrew Thompson and Con. 1 to John H. Boughner.
Lot 13 BF, Crown 1798 to Jacob Culp said to be Jr., 76 acres. In 1852 Robert Boughner transfers to Martin SANNS, 1 acre.

Census of 1842 of Clinton both John Sands and John Boughner are listed.

Capt. Wm. Crook's Co. included a list of Tunkers: John, Jacob & Tilman Culp, Martin Futts, and Conrad Tufford.
