[photo] [signature] State of New York County of Niagara Be it known that Georege Bielaski then residing at 12 - 7th Ave., No. Tonawanda, N.Y. having petitioned to be admitted a citizen of the United States of America, and at a term of the Supreme Court of State of New York, held pursuant to the law at Lockport, N.Y. on May 1, 1939 the court having found that the petitioner intends to reside permanently in the Unisted States, had in all respects complied with the Naturalization laws of the United States in such case applicable and was entitled to be so admitted the court thereupon ordered that the petitioner be admitted as a citizen of the United States of America.
